For locals & Helpers

Depending on how many sign ups we get, we would prefer keeping the available spots for the larp for people who don't know Leipzig yet. This means that if you are a Local (or if you simply prefer helping!), we would like to invite you instead to join us as a helping hand!  

What are the requirements?

We ask you to pay 5€ fee for food. None of us are earning anything on this project and the budget is as minimal as possible, so we do need you to chip in a little bit for food. We'll also have some non-alcoholic beverages ready for you. You may of course also bring your own or simply buy some in the ingame bar like everyone else.  

​

It is important that you are comfortable speaking English. The entire thing will be held in English and not all our team members speak fluent German.  

​

You need to be available from the morning of June 25th to the morning of June 26th. We don't know how much sleep there will be in between. Of course it's extra nice if you are also available the day before and even more if you also wanna hang out with the rest of us and socialise on the remaining days.  

​

You have to be able to get onto a discord server to communicate with us beforehand. We'll ask you to check it every two weeks at least to see if there is anything new. You don't have to be online every night but it would be nice if you engaged with us a bit beforehand.

​

You have to find your own accommodation if you are not from Leipzig. You are free to book the accommodation deal for participants though!  

 

What are the tasks?

We do not ask you to do organisational work. All the design and planning will be done by the orga trio.

We will ask you for practical help & npc stuff on June 25th and the clean up after. If you want to help with any potential set up the day before, that is also great, but we don't know yet how much that will actually be necessary.  

​

In the sign up, we will ask you what kind of tasks you'd be up for. These will include:  

​

  • NPC
    (nothing crazy. Spirits, Shadow figures, ghosts from the past. In between, you get to be a rando-witch of the coven and after the balancing ritual, you just get to party as said rando-witch.) 

  • Bar help 

  • Picking up players and getting them to the location 

  • Photography
    (we have a decent enough camera available) 

  • Music
    (if you are musically inclined, we might ask you to help with the mood and start some jams! Instruments are available.) 

  • Clean up
